About The Reset Foundation

The Reset Foundation is dismantling the cycles of poverty, unemployment, and incarceration by serving court-involved young people in a learning-focused residential program. Students live and learn on our supportive, 24/7 campus, focusing entirely on high school academics, career development, and social-emotional wellness. In partnership with government, we redirect funding to support a young person’s stay on our campus. With a chance to reset, we empower our students to create positive futures for themselves and their communities, to achieve long-term stability and success.

Reset is opening the doors at our inaugural campus in the California Bay Area this Summer 2016—demonstrating to the nation that a new mindset and approach can drastically increase public safety, reduce costs, and improve lives.

Our team is passionate, engaged, and constantly learning. We share and practice organizational values:

Our team includes best-in-class educators, managers, lawyers, and counselors, from organizations like the New York Department of Education, Prison University Project, Google, and New Profit Inc.

We’re looking for team members who can jump into the fray, thrive in a dynamic and creative environment and are excited about building an organization and working with students.

The Reset Foundation is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from people who have had involvement in the criminal justice system.
